BarMeasureJoin early access

Stocktake shouldn’t take all morning.

A faster, clearer way for hospitality teams to count inventory, review discrepancies and keep every location in sync.

This is how stocktake still begins?

Bottle by bottle.Number by number. Then entered all over again.

Leave the paperwork behind.

Count stock, record waste and review discrepancies in one connected workflow.

Product names and trademarks are shown for illustrative inventory examples only. BarMeasure is not affiliated with or endorsed by their respective owners.

From shelf to report, keep every count clear.

BarMeasure brings stocktakes, partial-bottle measurements, premixes, wastage, review and reporting into one practical workflow built around the way bars actually operate.

Some stock never makes it back to the shelf.

Waste happens in seconds.

A dropped bottle is more than broken glass. It must be recorded, explained and reflected in stock.

One incident.One inventory adjustment.

Record wastage when it happens.

Capture breakages, spills and other losses while the details are still clear.

Record wastage where it happens.

A breakage behind the bar goes in from a phone in seconds. The same record is already there on the floor manager’s laptop, tied to the session it affects.

The BarMeasure wastage form on a phone: a product picker set to House Whisky, a units field, a reason of Breakage, and a note that the entry is linked to the Evening Bar Stocktake.
The BarMeasure wastage screen on a laptop: the section sidebar on the left and a Record wastage dialog with product, units, reason and date fields over the wastage list.

BarMeasure is a responsive web platform, not a native mobile app.

The complete stocktake, in view.

Move from the floor to the final report without losing the context of the count.
