What the interest form asks for

The form on the homepage asks for your full name, work email address, business name, business type, the number of locations you run, whether you are interested in early access or a demonstration, and an optional message. It also asks you to tick a box acknowledging this notice.

It does not ask for payment details, account passwords, inventory files, venue street addresses or any operational or commercial records.

Where a submission goes

A completed form is sent to BarMeasure by email through Web3Forms, a form-to-email service that passes the submission on and is not used to build a stored database of enquiries. The email arrives in a mailbox that only BarMeasure can read.

The form is sent from your browser to Web3Forms directly, rather than through this website’s own server. Web3Forms therefore receives the submission along with the network address it was sent from, and handles it under their own privacy terms before passing it on.

Your details are not added to a customer database, a spreadsheet or a marketing platform. The email is the record, and the retention period below is how long it is kept.

Why the information is collected

The details above are used for one purpose: to understand whether early access suits your business and to contact you about your enquiry. Replying to an enquiry is separate from joining a marketing list, and submitting the form does not add you to one.

Information will not be sold

BarMeasure will not sell your information, and will not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long information is kept

Enquiry details are kept for twelve months from the date of your last contact with BarMeasure about them, and are deleted after that. If your enquiry becomes an early-access relationship, the twelve months runs from the end of that relationship rather than from the original enquiry.

You do not have to wait for that period to end. Ask for your details to be deleted at any time and they will be, whether or not the twelve months has run.

Submissions arrive as email. Deletion means the message is deleted from the mailbox it was delivered to, including any copy in a deleted- items folder. The period is applied by review rather than automatically, because email has no mechanism that expires a message on a schedule.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no tracking script, no advertising tag and no third-party embed on any page. If analytics is introduced, it will be described here first, along with any consent it requires.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask for it to be deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to ask for a copy in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

If you are a California resident, you also have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected, the right to have it deleted, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising either. BarMeasure does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.

To make any of these requests, reply to the email confirming your enquiry, or write to the privacy contact address once it is published below. A request to delete is acted on without asking for a reason.

These are unresolved rather than omitted, and each will be completed before the interest form accepts a submission:

• The named legal entity acting as data controller.
• A privacy contact address for rights requests.
• The lawful basis recorded for processing enquiries.

BarMeasure makes no claim to be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. No company registration details are shown because the company is not yet registered.
